Due to the hands-on nature of the ultrasound profession and the need to meet stringent standards of knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes, ATTENDANCE is essential to a student's success in both the academic and clinical settings.

Students are allotted 1 (one) unexcused absence per course. The student is required to complete an Absence/Leave Form.

All scheduled on-site theory classes are mandatory. All missed clinical training hours must be made up during the term in which they were missed. Academic and laboratory work missed must be made up for all theory and scanning arts courses.
