Recommended Hardware for Presenters • Pentium PC, Macintosh G3 or higher, or UNIX ** • 64 MB RAM • Internet access (56 kbps or above) • Sound card (if on a PC) • Microphone (A basic computer headset works very well) • Speakers or headphones Presenter Software • HorizonLive encoding plug-in (for QuickTime) • HearMe two-way audio plug-in (for two-way audio sessions) • QuickTime 5 or higher • Internet Explorer 4 or higher OR Netscape 4 or higher (Your browser must be Java and JavaScript enabled) Before teaching a class in HorizonLive, it is a good idea to run the HorizonLive Wizard. The Wizard will tell you whether or not your computer is ready to go and give you the opportunity to download plug-ins if necessary. |
